Dragon Art is Kassy's Studio. During the summer Dragon Art has several local artists that run craft and art classes for the youth of the Oregon Coast. The artists at Dragon Art recognize the need to continue to create innovators by teaching the traditions of crafting, especially in a world where the Arts are frequently being pulled from school curriculum.

about kassy

I am an Illustrator, teacher, and artist on the Oregon Coast.

My mother ran a craft business, when I was small. She built me my first studio when I was eight. I was always encouraged at a young age to produce art.

I have worked hard to increase my knowledge of illustration by traveling to Hollins University and studying under some of the best children's book illustrators working today. I have received a Master's Certification in Children's Book Illustration and a Masters of Fine Arts in Children's Book Writing and illustration as.
